Tiresias, the Credit Bureau of Greece and a cornerstone of financial behavior data, appointed Significa as its strategic partner to lead the digital transformation of its B2B presence. Our mission was to evolve the organization’s legacy B2B data services into a unified, enterprise-grade ecosystem. By integrating complex financial data services into a seamless digital journey, we further strengthened the organization's market-leading position.

As a key part of the organization's forward-thinking digital journey, the project required a platform capable of handling complex product discovery and unifying various financial data services. We set out to build upon a successful legacy, delivering a high-performance solution that meets modern business requirements while maintaining the absolute reliability expected of a leading financial institution.

Adhering to our principle of custom-engineered solutions, the strategy began with an in-depth research phase. We conducted extensive interviews and competitor analysis to define international best practices in business credit risk management.

This collaborative effort led to a new, advanced information structure designed with clear, action-oriented flows. Professional users can now navigate through large volumes of financial data services with speed and precision. We specifically engineered this framework to be future-proof, ensuring the organization can easily add new business products as their digital needs evolve.

True to our commitment to design excellence, we developed a bespoke design system from the ground up, meticulously crafted to reflect the core brand values of Tiresias. This included introducing contemporary visual elements, such as rounded cards and a fresh color palette, to create an inviting, state-of-the-art interface.

To make product discovery easier, we integrated custom 3D animated videos and micro-animations that clarify the identity of each service. By balancing technical data with human-centered photography, we highlighted the organization's commitment to social responsibility without losing professional authority. Every visual detail was optimized for high contrast and readability to ensure a premium experience for all professional users.

Our technical implementation focused on delivering a secure, high-performance solution capable of handling intensive transactional requirements with enterprise-level stability. A key part of the project involved sophisticated integrations with the client’s internal systems. To achieve this, we developed a custom secure bridge (API) to ensure the safe, bidirectional transfer of data.

Using the Umbraco CMS and .NET Core, we built a solution optimized for high-speed business operations, while the platform underwent successful Penetration and Stress Testing for maximum resilience. For industry-leading data protection, we implemented advanced protocols to protect sensitive information and remain fully compliant with the highest privacy standards.
